What it does
It puts your district's public notices and meeting minutes online, where residents can find them, and gives your secretary one form to post them.
The pictures are from our sample site, Kettle Ridge Fire District.
Public notices, up on time and down on time
Meeting notices, bid requests, budget hearings and elections. Each one shows from the date you set until the date you set, on its own page with a link you can share.
The next meeting and its agenda sit on your home page. If the meeting moves, change the date and add a one-line note, and the home page shows both.

Minutes, every year of them
Newest first, a tab for each year, and a search across titles and summaries. A draft goes up straight away, marked Draft until the board approves it.
Your old scanned minutes go in twenty at a time, so the archive can go back as far as your scans do.

One form posts either one
Notice or minutes, the date, draft or approved, and the PDF. There is nothing to design and nothing to maintain; we keep the site running.

Also included, if you want it
- Your board and members, kept on one list of people.
- About, Get Involved, FAQ and other pages, each switched on or off.
- A contact form; messages wait for you in the console.
- A second person's access to only the parts they need.
Two promises
Accessibility, said honestly
The site is built to WCAG 2.1 AA. But if you upload scanned minutes with no text layer, no website can make them accessible: a screen reader sees a photograph. That is why every document you upload is checked for a text layer, and the ones without one are flagged so you know which to fix. Anyone telling you a website alone makes you compliant hasn't thought about your PDFs.
Your records stay yours
Your administrator can download a complete backup of every record and every file at any time, without asking us. If you leave, we give you a complete export: every document named by date and title, and spreadsheets of your minutes, notices and people.
