Accessibility
This website, and every district site we run, is built to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, so that it can be used by everyone, including people using a screen reader, a keyboard alone, or a phone.
What a website can and cannot do
The site is built to WCAG 2.1 AA. But if you upload scanned minutes with no text layer, no website can make them accessible: a screen reader sees a photograph. That is why every document you upload is checked for a text layer, and the ones without one are flagged so you know which to fix. Anyone telling you a website alone makes you compliant hasn't thought about your PDFs.
Report a problem
If anything on this site gets in your way, or you need something in a different format, write to info@districtdocs.com or use the contact form. We answer by the next business day, get you the information another way, and work to fix the problem itself.
If the problem is on a district's own site, tell that district too: it decides what is posted there.
