One annual subscription, plus a one-time charge to set your site up. You can leave any time with a complete copy of your records.

What the subscription covers
Included
- Your site, set up for you, on your own web address kept in your district's name.
- Hosting, the security certificate, and every improvement to the software as it is made.
- A copy of your records taken every night.
- Your site checked every five minutes, day and night.
- Help by email, answered by the next business day.
- A thirty-minute screen-share to show your secretary and a deputy how it works, and a printed quick-reference card.
- A complete export of everything when you leave, at no charge.
Not included
- Posting your records for you. Your secretary posts them; the form takes the date, the kind and the PDF.
- Scanning paper minutes. We can quote for it once we have seen your archive.
- Features built just for your district.
- Emergency repairs at night or at weekends. Help comes the next business day.
If you leave
You take everything with you: every document, named by date and title, and spreadsheets of your minutes, notices and people. There is no fee for it, and your web address was always yours.
